One more question…
I went to my local craft store and the only soap coloring I could find is liquid, would this work too instead of the mica? Thanks!

Yes, I mean rubbing alcohol. You can get the supplies at your local craft store or at a soap supplier, such as Bramble Berry. http://www.brambleberry.com

When you say a spray bottle of alcohol…and this may seem like a dumb question…do you mean rubbing alcohol? Thanks! Also where would I find the goat milk soap base and the mica? In a craft store like Michaels?
